Reds spend second-least on free agents in baseball

Over at MLB Trade Rumors, Jeff Todd summarized the spending by all 30 MLB teams on free agents this offseason.  The Reds signed exactly one player: Burke Badenhop to a $2.5 million deal.  That ranks second to last in all of baseball:
